There are many custom patterns of clothes. Today, I will introduce some advantages and disadvantages of some pattern customization, custom clothes.
Glue
It belongs to pigment printing, using gluey paste, which will cover the surface of the cloth to form a pattern.
advantage:
The color is bright and won't change color after a long time.
shortcoming:
The pattern is slightly thick and has a slight gel texture.
Fit:
Any color of the bottom shirt, any color (the color presented by the CMYK four-color mode) pattern can be realized with glue, if there is a fluorescent color, fluorescent printing technology can be used.
Heat transfer
Color print the pattern on transfer paper (similar to a transparent film made of plastic), use a laser cutting machine to cut out the outline of the pattern, and then use the machine to heat and press to bond it to the clothes.
advantage:
This process is purely charged based on the area of the pattern, and the price is not affected by the color of the pattern;
The smaller the pattern, the lower the cost, and vice versa, the pattern is brightly colored, and the color and details are highly restored.
shortcoming:
Slightly gluey texture will affect the air permeability, so it is not suitable for large-area printing;
There are many small patterns with irregular shapes, and you will need to make a hem of the same color for the pattern.
Fit:
It is suitable for printing "a lot of colors, or a gradient pattern, or a small area" pattern.
Digital direct injection
The working principle of digital direct injection is similar to that of a printer, which can print the patterns you want directly on the fabric.
advantage:
There is no need to open a version, and the minimum order requirement is low.
shortcoming:
Affected by the CMYK color printing mode, the actual printing effect is darker than the design artwork. A layer of fixing paint must be added to the dark bottom shirt to improve the fastness of the coating, and the printed surface will have a slight gel texture.
Fit:
Suitable for patterns with rich colors or gradient colors.
Needle Embroidery
It is a wide and narrow needle, often larger than 1/8" in width, and is also called ribbon needle.
Densely fill an area with a wide narrow needle, a vine leaf line, a dot or a part of a pattern.
advantage:
The embroidery has a certain color and luster, and has a strong sense of line and three-dimensionality.
shortcoming:
Not suitable for embroidering wider graphics.
Fit:
Supports all colors, the minimum Chinese characters are 1cm², the minimum English letters are 0.5cm², the thinnest lines are 1.5mm, and the colors are up to 6-8.
